Yoga 1 Beginning Yoga Introductory course on the basic principles of yoga. This class is for students who have not had any previous experience with yogic practice. The class is focused on learning the basic positions, getting into and holding the positions in the appropriate way and developing asanas for continued practice. Classes include breathing practice and guided meditations.
Wear loose clothing and bring a blanket, yoga mat and belt. Please keep perfume / scented lotion usage to a minimum. Canceled classes will not be rescheduled.
Next session begins January 2X, 2011.

Yoga 2 a & b Advanced Beginning Yoga This course is for students who have taken Beginning Yoga and are prepared for more physically demanding poses. The class is focused on learning the positions, getting into and holding the positions in the appropriate way and developing asanas for continued practice. Classes include breathing practice and guided meditations.Wear loose clothing and bring two blankets, yoga mat and belt. Please keep perfume / scented lotion usage to a minimum. Canceled classes will not be rescheduled.

Yoga 3 Intermediate Yoga This class is for students who have some experience with yoga and want to learn more. The class is focused on learning the positions, getting into and holding the positions in the appropriate way and developing asanas for continued practice. Classes include breathing practice and guided meditations. Students are required to have completed Beginning and Advanced Beginning Yoga classes. Please bring a blanket and yoga mat and keep perfume / scented lotion usage to a minimum. Canceled classes will not be rescheduled.
